Wal-Mart of McMinnville now carries the biggest selection of gluten-free products in town.  I can't begin to list them all.  They have pretty good sized section of an isle dedicated to special gluten-free alternative foods.  Cake Mixes, Brownies, pre-made snacks and foods, pretzels, pastas, granola bars, pizza crusts, bread, buns and even peanut butter and Jelly snack bars.  A trip to Wal-Mart now rivals what a trip to Whole Foods used to mean to me.  Don't forget to check out the freezer section.  There are even gluten-free chicken strips to be found!
